Return Policy

Shop worn products are not returnable. Shop worn is defined as product showing signs of use or the original
packaging is either missing (including instruction sheets, manuals, accessories, etc.), torn, dirty, sun faded, or defaced.
• New and resalable products purchased from Security Source Direct (SSD) and returned will be assessed a restocking fee of a
minimum of 23%, assuming the Manufacturer's return policy is not greater than 23%.
• New and resalable products purchased from (SSD) are not returnable after 60 days.
• Products labeled discontinued or closeout, are not returnable.
• All special order items and Manufacturer drop-ship items, are not returnable.
• Items deemed non-returnable by the manufacturer will not be accepted for return credit or replacement by SSD.
• Shipping charges for returned goods are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
• Any product having the wires cut, seals broken, and or any user inflicted damage or alterations will not be covered under
warranty and therefore not returnable.
